Computing has seen many improvements, starting with the invention of the first electronic digital machine (or EDVAC), to modern multicore systems used in smartphones, cars computers and even exascale supercomputers. Although the timeline is ambitious, if the company meets its goals, it will be a huge benefit to software developers for the new hardware. It is crucial to know when a machine is ready to go so that developers can focus their efforts on the particular challenges that will make it viable for commercial use. Venture capitalists will appreciate this information. They want to know that the company is dedicated to technology and to its advancement.
